Job Description
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
- Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in IT operations.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems , current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking.
