Referral Rewards
- RM100 for each referred candidate who completes an interview.
- RM200 for each referred candidate who gets hired and completes onboarding.
- RM200 for each referred candidate whose employment is confirmed.
Referred Candidates
- Referred candidates must not be current or past employees of WediaLab.
- Referred candidates must not be in the current hiring process.
Bonus Rewards
- Referrers may also be eligible for additional monthly bonus rewards, as determined by WediaLab.
- Monthly bonus rewards may vary and will be communicated to referrers via email or other suitable means.
Program Changes and Termination
- WediaLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Reward Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the program will be communicated to referrers through official communication channels.
Fraudulent Activity
- WediaLab reserves the right to disqualify and withhold rewards from referrers or referred candidates found engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Data Privacy
- By participating in the Referral Reward Program, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and used for program administration and communication purposes.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
